At Freddy, we want you to love your fit, so we offer a seamless returns process within 30 days of purchase for all unworn apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we provide full refunds or easy size exchanges to ensure you stay stylish.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package the Items
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging or a secure mailing bag.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated courier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
